This Privacy Notice explains how I collect, use and protect your personal data when you use my services, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What personal data I collect
Depending on the service you use, I may collect the following types of personal data:
a) Contact and identification data
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Postal address
b) Service-related information (style consultancy)
Collected via a Google Form for services such as colour analysis, wardrobe editing, body shape analysis and personal shopping:
- Clothing preferences and lifestyle information
- Colour analysis results
- Body shape–related information (for styling purposes only)
- Wardrobe-related notes and observations
- Shopping and style preferences
These responses are stored securely in a Google Spreadsheet and are only retained until the relevant service has been fully completed.
c) Colour interpretation / colour psychology services
For colour interpretation services, I may also collect:
- Date of birth (used solely for numerology-based colour interpretation)
- Notes created during the consultation
These notes are used only during the consultation process and are either deleted afterwards or, upon request, shared with you.
d) Photographs (optional)
With your explicit consent, I may take photographs of outfits or wardrobes for consultation purposes only.
3. How I use your personal data
I use your personal data to:
- Provide and deliver my services
- Prepare personalised style, colour and wardrobe advice
- Communicate with you before, during and after the service
- Arrange appointments
- Issue invoices and comply with accounting and tax obligations
- Maintain basic client records
I do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Lawful basis for processing
Under UK GDPR, I rely on the following lawful bases:
- Contract: to provide the services you request and to manage bookings and payments
- Legal obligation: to retain invoicing and accounting records
- Legitimate interests: basic client administration and communication
- Explicit consent:
- for colour interpretation and numerology-based analysis
- for taking and using photographs
- for any optional information you choose to provide
You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. How long I keep your data
I retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide my services and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:
- Contact and invoicing data (name, address, email, phone number): 6 years, to comply with UK accounting and tax regulations
- Style consultation form responses and notes: deleted once the service has been completed
- Colour interpretation notes: deleted after the consultation or provided to you upon request
- Photographs: deleted after the service, unless you request otherwise
6. How your data is stored
Your data is stored securely using trusted service providers, including:
- Google Forms and Google Sheets (for service questionnaires and temporary storage)
I take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected and accessed only when necessary.
7. Sharing your data
I do not sell or rent your personal data. I may share limited data with:
- My accountant or bookkeeper (for legal and tax purposes only)
- Service providers acting as data processors (e.g. email, invoicing or cloud storage services)
All third parties are required to process your data in compliance with UK GDPR.
8. International data transfers
Some of the tools I use (such as Google services) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time

10. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing basic contact and invoicing data is necessary to receive my services. All other information is optional but may be required to deliver personalised advice.

Any colour analysis, styling advice or numerology-based interpretation is provided for personal styling and self-development purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.
