About me

I am a 35-year-old wife, mother, and international self-discovery coach. Additionally, I work as a colour interpreter and consultant. I moved from Hungary to the UK in 2016, where I had the opportunity to explore new cultures and deepen my knowledge in supporting people on their personal journeys.

Since childhood, I have been drawn to working with people, offering emotional and spiritual support. I’ve also always had a strong connection to the world of fashion and personal style. Growing up with a mother who struggled with bipolar disorder taught me early on about the importance of self-awareness and nurturing our inner resources. I believe that even in challenging times and difficult emotional states, we can move forward if we’re willing to dig deep and find our unique paths.

This commitment led me to the world of colours, an endless source of inspiration and self-expression for me. In 2020, I completed a course in colour psychology, followed by a training in colour therapy, enabling me to create personalised colour analyses for my clients. Later, I expanded my expertise by studying at the London College of Style, blending colour consultancy with psychology in my work. Soon, I’ll begin my stylist training to help my clients achieve their best selves inside and out.

Living in the UK taught me the importance of approaching other cultures with openness and acceptance. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to meet people from diverse backgrounds and form meaningful friendships. These relationships have enriched my personal growth tremendously. Drawing from this experience, I strive to support my clients with empathy, respect, and understanding.

I believe each of us is unique, and our personal colours and styles not only enhance our own lives but can also inspire others. Self-discovery starts from within, but caring for our outer appearance can also help us become the best version of ourselves.

My blog

Through my blog, I share my writings, experiences, and reflections, aiming to inspire and motivate my readers. Writing is not only a way to connect with others but also a form of self-healing for me. My goal is to show that growth requires both theoretical knowledge and life experiences. True wisdom comes from what we’ve lived through and the lessons we’ve drawn from those moments.

I’ve always felt a calling to work with people, helping them with both heart and mind on their personal journeys. Finding my purpose was a significant journey of its own, which led me to move to another country with my husband in 2016. This decision was one of the most defining moments of my life, as I discovered my inner strength outside of my comfort zone. I started with minimal English and gradually built my skills, though there’s always room for improvement. Over time, I began working not only with Hungarian clients but also with people from other cultures, learning from their different worldviews, attitudes, and mentalities.

One key lesson I’ve learned is that every soul is unique and deserves respect and love regardless of their background. I am deeply grateful to my clients for the lessons they teach me, and I strive to honor their trust and individuality.

My podcast

For me, even small successes feel like great gifts. To truly appreciate all the blessings and surprises life offers, I’ve learned to value every small step. This mindset fosters humility and joy throughout the long journey of personal growth. It’s also important to genuinely celebrate others’ successes. Supporting and uplifting one another can bring profound joy and help us navigate life’s challenges.

With this in mind, my husband Milán and I decided to share our story through a podcast. Our goal is to offer support to those considering a move abroad or already living abroad and to share insights from our own spiritual growth. The podcast has two main themes:

  1. Our full story – from our move to the UK to the present day.
  2. Shorter discussions – focused on independent topics related to my work, explored together.
